Foundation for Innovation and Technological Transfer is a non-profit organization founded by the first Bulgarian science and technology park – Sofia Tech Park. Its main goals are to create and lead THE BULGARIAN BUSINESS INCUBATION CENTER at Sofia Tech Park together with CERN, which supports start-ups and provides them with access to high technologies to develop their business ideas and projects for new products or services using the scientific achievements of the world class laboratory. The Foundation for Innovation and Technological Transfer will work to popularize science in Bulgaria and stimulate the economy based on knowledge. It will organize trainings and support the development of entrepreneurial skills of Bulgarian scientists, students and professionals. It will assist in the creation of companies with the participation of scientists, with a goal of practical application of their scientific developments.
